Ashlie Hughes is a freelance writer and photographer who covers the things she loves to do most – eat, drink and travel. 

Ashlie's writing has been published in AFAR, Fodor's, Tasting Table, The Kitchn, USA Today, and Edible Santa Fe, among others. She earned a digital photography certificate from the University of New Mexico in 2016 and her photography has been featured in New Mexico Magazine and Edible Santa Fe.  

Her pizza consumption has gone up 100 percent since recently moving from Santa Fe, New Mexico to New York City.
